Jim Dugan, Missing, MS River Search.

DiveandRescue.org has joined Texas Equusearch, to search  for Jim Dugan, missing since 3/22/11. Jim has was last seen at a Alvar and Chartres Streets pier before it collapsed into the Mississippi River. We are dedicating, boats and search personnel, including divers, to the effort to locate Jim.
