Credit card processing fee of 3.50% will be added to  all credit card transaction. 
 

We promise to beat any price on comparable training of the same duration, discipline, content and follows internationally accepted methods and recommendations. Travel, lodging and fuel costs are not included, unless specified. In most cases, our equipment vendors provide free shipping and handling which we will then pass on to you. In cases where shipping and handling may be considered,  a 7% fee will be added. Payment for equipment is expected at the time of order confirmation.

 

Prices are good for 30 days from date of request.  “No-shows” are still due and payable. No less than 50% payment is expected at time of scheduling first classes. To cancel, 50% reimbursable up to 14 days prior to class; less than 14 days non-reimbursable, but applicable to future classes there after, one year max unless written exeptions are negotiated at least one month before one year mark.

 

Each unpaid invoice older than 30 days will accrue a 5% late fee. Payment later than 30 days will accrue an additional 5% every 10 days until balance is paid in full.

 

At time of submission of any bid/proposal all manufacturers will have indicated that requested equipment is in stock and available before submission of quotes. Availability of equipment is at manufactures discretion and is subject to change without notice. Items back ordered will be delivered as soon as the product becomes available. Back ordered items will not withhold payment of invoice at agreed upon date. Any agreed upon delays on equipment or payment will not delay money owed for classroom or other training obligations that have been fulfilled.

 

Equipment will be delivered as it arrives.

 

Classes or events postponed due to Force Majeure, third party vendors, weather, water levels, possible contamination, or any reason other than cancellation by Gulf States Dive and Rescue will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be provided unless class is canceled by Gulf States Dive and Rescue.
